Design and Development  Support Eases Transition to New Company  

Challenge

inVentiv  Health was merging with INC Research and needed content migration and intranet design support  before and after the merger.   

Actions

inVentiv  joined forces with SPI Group to redesign the inVentiv website to match branding for the new company, called Syneos, and migrate content from INC Research’s intranet.  SPI’s design and development teams helped our client:   

• redesign the intranet page templates to reflect the new brand’s logo, colors, fonts and other design elements;    
• streamline navigation for a better user experience;  
• redesign the home page with elements like a carousel, CEO blog section, stock ticker and quick links section to the homepage;    
• create a new CEO blog section with a commenting capability;    
• develop a video gallery functionality for the site;   
• redesign custom web parts to reflect the new design;   
• support content migration and backend restructuring. 

Results

Our work facilitated the change for employees and the new company continues to work with the SPI Group.
