Digital, design and content strategy services boost engagement for national chain of pet clinics 

Challenge

NVA Compassion-First, a nationwide chain of veterinary clinics, wanted to enhance employee recognition and celebrate “Kindness Day” among their remote workforce through digital and video channels.

Actions

The client leveraged SPI Group’s development, design and content strategy expertise to: 

  • encourage employees to recognize each other’s acts of kindness to their patients and fellow employees, 
  • develop an interactive website where employees could recognize their follow colleagues by posting personal stories and photos,  
  • produce a video using images from the site to further build internal and external engagement. 

Results

During a time where many veterinarians are conducting curbside exams, this effort showed the company appreciated their work.
